THE STUDIO
The Sweet Strength Fitness & Wellness Studio offers ‘One on One Personal Training in well equipped, semi-private rooms. The attention is entirely on you, not on anything else. We encourage you to inquire about the benefits found in Linda’s Wellness and Nutrition Coaching personalized programs. While we specialize in working with fifty plus individuals, we are entirely equipped and eager to coach and train any adult of any age. We, also, work with our client’s teenagers and college students. Our passion is empowering you to reach your goals, all the while, serving you in a caring, safe, and fun environment, two minutes from Mount Pleasant’s Towne Centre and at the Isle of Palms Connector.
Every exercise program, any diet plan needs to be carefully designed, as everyone has different nutritional and physical needs and goals. We will help you develop routines and regimens that quickly become part of a new lifestyle. Breeze and Linda are in their early sixties, with over sixty years plus experience and education empowering people gain control over their health and wellness.

SWEET STRENGTH Coaches

Breeze Timmons
Breeze started training himself in 1974. He has both coached and has trained with an Olympic gold medalist, as well as World Champions in Strongman, Powerlifting, Division One Athletes, and BodyBuilding competitors. He competed in college athletics while at the Citadel and moved into competing in powerlifting and strongman competitions.
Breeze started training athletes and other clients in 1980, and now specializes in helping men rehab and prevent injuries, teaching them safe and proper techniques to strengthen and heal. He is dedicated to helping clients get back and attain endurance, balance, body tone and confidence back ~ accomplished through individualized training, nutrition and lifestyle programs to meet outlined, targeted personal needs and goals.

Linda Timmons
For 30 years, Linda has been positively involved with her community, and is experienced in encouraging and empowering women from vastly different backgrounds, facing a myriad of challenges. Linda has learned how to make impacts in various settings – life coaching, weight loss, personal training, wellness coaching, fitness instruction, as well as through volunteer work: at houses of worship, in non-profit settings, and home study groups ~ all with an underlying passion for empowering others through their mindset to reach their dreams and goals no matter their circumstances or age.
Today, Linda coaches most often in one-on-one settings with women. After fully assessing individual needs, she begins the journey of empowering women to reach their goals and dreams through the coaching/training process. Time trusted and true, Linda walks beside of a client whether that woman’s goal is making exceptional gains in fitness, weight loss, maintaining a workable exercise program, a strong sense of self, and attaining greater life satisfaction. Supporting, motivating, and strengthening others to take control of their thoughts and choices.
